Shipping and return
The products are delivered to the shipping address, indicated during the process of order. Italian orders will be shipped with GLS, all international orders (outside Italy) will be sent via UPS.
You may be contacted directly via our courier, their partners or Customs regarding your shipment. Therefore, it is the user responsibility to make sure to provide the correct and the complete name of the consignee and the delivery address to avoid delays or further charges, for which WEGAN declines all responsibilities from now on.
Each items is individually handcrafted to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and created. Production begins once full payment is received.
For custom orders, the production may take longer to complete.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee, please inquire us at email@example.com for info.
Once the order is ready to be shipped the delivery time is:
ITALY: 1-2 working days
EUROPE: 2-5 working days
OUTSIDE EU: 4-7 working days
However the delivery time indicated above is indicative and may vary, without this being contested to WEGAN as non-fulfillment or breach of the contract.
WEGAN is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, or any situation beyond the control of WEGAN and not attributable to it.
Tracking number will be communicated by email to you once the order ships. We’re not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues that occur during shipping.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
For goods delivered outside of the EU, the consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required.
As WEGAN does not exercise any control over said charges, it can not have prior knowledge of the real cost of said duties and taxes. Therefore it is the user's responsibility to contact the local customs office or tax authority for further informations before placing the order and this excludes any liability on the part of WEGAN.
All sales are final.
All product are custom made on your requirements and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault, or error of any kind.
Please be 100% precise when confirming your sizing details
Although WEGAN ensures, within the limits of its power and possibilities, the shipment of orders in the perfect possible conditions, it is nevertheless likely that errors may occur.
There are no refunds and no exception will be made.
If you have any problems with your item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will help with any issues.
If you receive a defective or wrong product in your order, you must contact us within 7 days from the delivery date by email.
The return must be approved by WEGAN and can be discussed as detailed below.
If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, the return must be sent exactly as advised by WEGAN.
WEGAN will not accept any returns sent through customs incorrectly which may incur customs charges.
WEGAN will not pay for returns or duties and taxes incurred upon return unless otherwise agreed in writing by WEGAN.
We will provide you with direction where to return the product, the product must be in the condition in which it was received, with the original label and tags and in its original bag and packaging and must be returned within 14 days after purchase.
